Hi there, I’m Sarah, and I am a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition from Kent State University. I created this website and blog to be a reliable resource for those looking to improve their health and better their overall well-being. I believe in balance and that health is more than just the calories in our foods. Health is mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing and is based on the individual. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to your health and I hope with the tools I provide on this website you are able to find out what works for YOU.
