Hi there, I’m Sarah! I am a soon to be registered dietitian and am currently finishing up my master’s degree in nutrition at Kent State University. I created this website and blog to be a reliable resource for those looking to improve their health and better their overall well-being. I believe in balance and that health is more than just the calories in our foods. Health is mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing and is based on the individual.
