Hi there, I’m Sarah, and I am a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition from Kent State University. I created this website and blog to be a reliable resource for those looking to improve their health and better their overall well-being. I believe in a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. Health is mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing and is based on the individual. I will teach you how to trust your body and enjoy food again!
